About the exhibition

Cultivate is a group exhibition celebrating the talented teaching artists of ICA San Diego, featuring work by Helena Westra, Francesca Hummler, Katie Francis, Natalia Quintero, Danielle Deery, Yu So Lee, Jean Krumbein, Bill Henke, Christian Olid-Ramirez, and Amber Hamblin-Pederson.

Through ceramics, painting, drawing, photography, and mixed media, the exhibition explores the relationship between teaching, artistic practice, and community.
