Summer Art Camp 2025 - coming soon!
Quench the creative thirst this summer at the ICA San Diego’s Summer Art Camp!
Budding artists are invited to develop their creativity in our studio art classrooms. Young artists will explore art making with a variety of supplies, acquire new skills by expanding on their art making techniques, and continue to develop their critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities under the guidance of a teaching artist during each of our one-of-a-kind week of project-based camps.
Mastering the art of summer fun!
Summer art camps take place in both the ICA San Diego Encinitas and Balboa Park campuses, each location offering a distinct experience, from the coastal wetlands of the San Elijo Lagoon and ICA’s garden and sculpture trail, to the cultural hub of Balboa Park.
The Institute of Contemporary Art summer camps are designed to promote mental health and inspire creativity. At the end of week, young visiting artists will have the opportunity to showcase their art work at the weekly student art exhibition!
