Join us as we recognize the work of our summer camp artists with live music, open play beach ball volleyball, free face painting, jewelry making, and still-life painting opportunities! There will be free flavorful drinks for kids (aguas frescas) and food available for purchase.
ICA San Diego has hosted six weeks of summer camps for young artists, giving them the chance to explore art materials, acquire new skills, and make works of art that will be on view in our galleries!

- Join artist Katie Ruiz in making colorful yarn pom poms that will hang in Civic Center Plaza in downtown San Diego!
- Let DJ HomeGrown Vinyl transport you on a sonic journey! Born in Laguna, raised in North County San Diego, and currently residing Beachside in Encinitas – He’s the perfect blend of surf, art, and music. Join him as he spins eclectic sounds from vinyl, creating a magical connection between music and art!
End of Summer Art Camp Exhibition
- We welcome all campers, their family members, and members of the community to view work by our art summer campers!C what they’ve been up to all summer!

- Enjoy beach ball volleyball, test your skills at Corn Hole & Jenga, unleash your inner artist at the painting station, and delight in whimsical face painting!
