ICA San Diego / North in Encinitas to Serve as Donation Drop-Off for LA Fires Relief Efforts
The Institute of Contemporary Art San Diego would like to express our sympathy for all of those affected by the fires in the Los Angeles area. As an organization committed to building a vibrant community through the transformational power of art, we would like to offer our North campus in Encinitas as a donation drop-off site for needed items as requested by organizations on the ground in Los Angeles.

Institute of Contemporary Art San Diego to Serve as Donation Drop-Off Site to Aid in Los Angeles Area Fires Relief Efforts
Encinitas campus to begin accepting donations Friday, January 10
Who:
ICA San Diego / North in Encinitas
1578 S El Camino Real
What:
ICA San Diego will serve as a donation drop off site for items needed to deliver to relief organizations serving the communities affected by the Palisades, Eaton, Hurst, Lidia, and other fires in Los Angeles County. Items will be delivered to organizations on the ground in LA County, including, but not limited to:
- Superchief Gallery LA
- All Power Books
Items needed include:
- Toiletries and hygiene products
- Non-perishable food and water (for people and pets)
- First Aid supplies
- Masks of all kinds
- Insulin, epipens, Albuterol
- Boxes for storage and transport
- Batteries
- Socks and undergarments for children and adults
When:
- Donations will be received beginning Friday, January 10 at 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Future drop off dates/times will be announced at a later date.
- To ensure your donation is properly sorted and loaded into ICA San Diego’s delivery vehicles, please do not leave donations overnight.
